TRANSPORTABLE REPEATERS are customized "systems in a deployable weather-proof case" which may be deployed within minutes to the scene of an EMERGENCY!  These include ALL of the required components for a battery/mobile operation complete with roller-case, repeater, battery(ies), and antenna system in a package.  These items are COTS (Common-Off-The-Shelf) from the manufacturer or JES.
